Administrative Project Coordinator

Description

Amheart Solutions is currently looking for an Administrative Project Coordinator for one of our clients, a top Architecture & Engineering firm located in Los Angeles, CA. Administrative Project Coordinators work directly with Project Managers and other project personnel. Strong candidates must be extremely organized, adept at multi-tasking, able to gather and dispense necessary information and updates, and coordinate the work throughout a construction project lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities

  • Type, format, and organize project documents, reports, specifications, and correspondence
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
  • Assist with and help coordinate meetings and presentations
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients
  • Work with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed
  • Assist with project guides, project reviews, project invoices, and expense reports, as needed
  • Perform other duties, as needed

 

Required qualifications

  • Associate degree in a related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • +1 year related experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Highly energetic, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
  • Architecture/Engineering/Construction experience
  • Los Angeles / Orange County candidates only

 

Highly desirable qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Oracle E-Business Suite
