Who We Are
Amheart Solutions is a SB/DVBE firm servicing A&E and construction firms in need of the additional specialized professionals necessary to deliver any project successfully on-time and on-budget. Few other staff augmentation firms in Los Angeles County and Orange County focus primarily on architectural and engineering support services, and even fewer focus on training personnel to be flexible, to be able to adapt to any organization, and to quickly familiarize themselves with any company's unique processes and requirements.
History
Amheart Solutions, Inc. was formed by Paul W. Jung. After serving in the US Air Force, Paul finished his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California (USC) and, soon after graduating, became a consultant for Ernst & Young (EY), one of the largest professional services firms in the world and one of the “Big Four” accounting firms.
Paul left EY to nurture his entrepreneurial spirit and start his own consulting firm.
The company’s name is a portmanteau of “American” and “heart,” which refers both to Paul’s record of service in the US Air Force and his dedication to his country and community.
